Donald P. Gage, D.Mn., CAGS, President

Don’s career has spanned the worlds of government, nonprofits, and business over more than two decades. His leadership has helped numerous organizations design and implement significant initiatives for identifying and more consistently reaching their goals. In 1995 he founded SDI Associates to help organizations and businesses reach their highest levels of performance.

In 2006 he worked with his first attorney, and about a year later decided to specialize in working with that profession.

In addition to consulting, he is also a nondenominational minister (cf. www.donsweddings.com).  His career is dedicated to helping people lead more inspired lives - through meaningful, personalized weddings, and successful businesses and careers that are true to clients' core values.

As part of SDI, she will be adding planning and time management to her other offerings, utilizing SDI's unique tools.  She has used the SDI system as a client, has been trained as an associate, and will be available to general SDI clients while Don specializes with attorneys.
